Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AssetGo at https://assetgo.in. By creating an agency account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AssetGo provides multi-tenant SaaS for QR-based asset custody, movements, reporting, and related features subject to your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your agency users.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity.

4. Customer data

You retain rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in INR via supported gateways. Fees are due as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Trials

Trials are time-limited and may include feature caps. We may modify or end trials.

7. Intellectual property

AssetGo software, branding, and site content are owned by HighTechBirds or licensors. No rights are granted except to use the service as permitted.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” within applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AssetGo is not a substitute for legal, tax, or statutory audit advice.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. Data export windows may be offered where feasible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
